We'll skip what you don't need. Onboarding is the usual place to begin, because it's where Agentcy reads your own material and drafts your objectives, messaging and competitors for you to agree, and everything else reads from it.
Give us your company name when you book, and we can prepare a preview on your own brand or on a competitor's, so that what you see on screen is your own market and the names in it, which tends to make the questions you ask a lot more specific.
Before the call
You don't need to prepare anything. It helps to know which channels matter most to you (the press, social or AI assistants) and which competitors you'd like to compare yourselves against.
Questions
Do I need a demo before I sign up?
No. Agentcy is self-serve, so you can sign up, choose a level and start onboarding without talking to anyone. Paid plans are billed monthly, and paying yearly gets you two months free. A demo is for people who'd like to ask questions as they go, or who need to show colleagues before they decide.
Can you set up an agency account on the call?
We can start it. Agency accounts are set up by our team, so they begin with a conversation like this one. Tell us roughly how many client brands you run, and we'll go through how each one is onboarded and what your clients can see.
Is Agentcy right for the size of my team?
It's used by teams of every size, and what you get from it changes with the size. A small team mostly gets AI help with the daily work, such as first drafts and the morning's news. A larger team gets coordination, with one journalist record, agreed messaging, a shared WIP board and approvals, so nobody works from an old version of the plan.
