Free AI visibility checker

Enter your website and the checker asks AI assistants the questions a buyer in your category would ask. It shows whether you're named, which competitors are named instead and which sources the answers cite.

Runs on GEO Search, Agentcy's free checker. No sign-up for the first result.

What the result means

Mentioned. The assistant named you for at least one question. Look at the position, because first or second in a list is what buyers act on, then read what it said. An answer that names you with the wrong price or an old product is a problem too.

Not mentioned, competitors named. The assistant knows the category and chose others. The cited sources show the pages it trusted, and the ones you're missing from are where to start.

Not mentioned, nobody named. The assistant didn't treat it as a category with vendors. Your words and your buyers' words probably differ, so compare what your site calls the product with what buyers type.

What to do next

  1. Fix your own description. Write one sentence that says what you are and who it is for, and use it on your homepage and every profile, LinkedIn and review sites included. Assistants merge what they read, and conflicting descriptions get blended into something wrong.
  2. Get onto the cited pages. Pitch the trade titles and the authors of the comparison lists the checker surfaced; a review-site profile with real prices counts too. The sources list is your starting pitch list.
  3. Publish the answer page yourself. A page that compares the tools in your category, rivals included, is the page most likely to be cited. One like it took one UK agency from 57th to 1st in its own index between 16 and 30 September 2026; the weekly index publishes the position, whatever it is.
  4. Measure every week. Our AI Visibility Core runs 40 of your prompts a week for $139/month and checks each answer against your own facts.

Questions

Why is my brand missing?

A brand is usually missing from AI answers because the comparison articles, review sites, trade press and forums the assistants trust for its category don't mention it. Sometimes the cause is your own site, which doesn't say plainly what you are and who it's for. The sources list in your result tells you which of the two it is. Newer companies are often missing for the plain reason that little has been written about them yet.

Is this the same as GEO Search?

Agentcy's free AI visibility checker runs on GEO Search, so the result is the one GEO Search gives. GEO is short for generative engine optimisation, the work of improving whether and how AI assistants name you. This page explains what each result means and what to do about it. The checker runs a small set of buyer prompts once, while AI Visibility Core runs 40 of your own prompts every week on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Do I have to give an email address?

The checker gives you the first result without an email address. You'll be asked for a company email if you save a report or run more prompts. A saved report gives you something to compare against when you run the check again after making changes. The free Agentcy plan asks for a company email too, because it sets itself up from your domain.

How reliable is a one-off check?

A one-off AI visibility check is a snapshot, because assistants vary their answers from run to run. Ask the same question twice and you can get a different list of vendors, or the same list in a different order. The same questions asked every week, over several weeks, give the reliable picture, and a score that rises over four weekly runs while a rival's falls is a real result. Use the checker to find where to start, and weekly tracking to see whether the work is paying off.

Try it on one brand, free

You can set up one brand in an afternoon and see what it finds. Paid plans are monthly, and you can stop whenever you like.
