The free plan covers one brand and one user, needs no card and doesn't run out. You get the Morning Briefing, the live newsfeed, coverage tracking for 30 pieces a month with a visual coverage report, a 500-contact journalist CRM with five press lists, a task board and 50 tracked sends a month from your own mailbox. It only works with a company email address, because the plan sets itself up from your domain.
AI Visibility Core
Some teams only want to know what the assistants are saying about them. AI Visibility Core runs forty buyer questions a week on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, checks each answer against your own facts and lists the sources it cited. It's $139/month on its own, or you can add it to Core. How it works.
Agencies
The agency plan is $900/month per client. Each client gets the full platform, with five agency seats and three client seats; your team gets dashboards, WIP and reporting across the roster, a meeting notetaker and timesheets. Working agencies use it on live client accounts. Agentcy for agencies.

Questions
Is there a contract?
Agentcy's self-serve plans have no contract. Core, Pro and AI Visibility Core are billed by the month, the free plan doesn't need a card, and you cancel from your own billing page without phoning anyone. Paying yearly is optional and costs ten months instead of twelve. Agency and Enterprise accounts are set up with our team, and agencies add or remove clients month to month.
Can I buy AI visibility tracking on its own?
AI Visibility Core is sold on its own at $139/month, or as an add-on to Core. It runs 40 prompts every week on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, tracks three competitors and grades each answer against the facts you record about your company. Three seats and onboarding are included. Pro includes AI visibility tracking with 150 prompts and ten competitors, alongside the monitoring and the journalist CRM.
What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one buyer question that Agentcy asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity every week, such as "What is the best PR software for a B2B tech company?". Each prompt runs on all three assistants, so 40 prompts give you 120 answers a week. AI Visibility Core tracks 40 prompts and Pro tracks 150. We draft a starting set from your website and sector, and you edit it until the questions are the ones your buyers ask.
What happens when I reach a limit?
When you reach a plan limit, Agentcy tells you which one it is and offers the plan that raises it. Nothing you've already recorded is lost, and the new limit applies as soon as you upgrade. The monthly limits include tracked sends (50 on Free, 200 on Core), coverage pieces (30 on Free, 100 on Core) and AgentcyAI messages (400 on Core, 1,500 on Pro). Pro makes the first two unlimited.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Agentcy bills in pounds, US dollars and euros, each at its own fixed price. The switch above the plans shows the prices in your currency, and that's the amount you're billed each month, whatever the exchange rate does. The dollar and euro prices are set in their own right, so they don't move with sterling. Pro can be paid by card or by invoice.
