A newsjack draft can be ready the same morning the Morning Briefing flags the story.

1. The Morning Briefing arrives before the day starts, with the stories moving in your sector.
2. The newsjack studio drafts your spokesperson's comment on the story from your recorded facts.
3. AgentcyAI suggests the journalists already covering it from your CRM.
4. Your spokesperson edits and approves the quote, and the pitch goes from your own mailbox.

A journalist receives a comment your spokesperson has edited and approved, sent from your own Gmail or Outlook. Every draft starts from your brand knowledge base and writing style guide, which holds your vocabulary and banned terms along with each spokesperson's tone. The spokesperson signs off any quote in their name before it goes. Journalists do notice generic comments that say nothing new, and the cure is a spokesperson who adds a real opinion while approving it.

Agentcy doesn't distribute press releases on a newswire. Releases and pitches go from your own Gmail or Outlook to the named journalists on your press list, with opens and clicks recorded against each contact and replies landing in your inbox. Each name on a press list carries a match score for how closely their writing fits the release, so the wrong names come off before anything is sent. When the Morning Briefing flags a story, AgentcyAI already has the article, your messaging and the journalists in your CRM who cover the subject, so there's nothing to paste. It answers only from what's recorded, which means it can't describe coverage you never tracked.
